Wishing is wasteful

I am procrastinating. In hopes that if I push back all that I have to do I will not have to do it. Why can not all the "needs to get done" just disappear? What would it be like to not have a task list or to do list. Or what if I filled up my list with want-tos and worked just as hard to draw that satisfying line through each one of them. Would it bring more joy to do what I want? No, of course not, just more wishful thinking and wasteful time spending. What needs to be done has to be done for every one's joy. So onward christian completer of lists.
